Engineering ManagerAI PlatformFreelance Developer
I build AI products, apps and websites for founders and teams, from the first prototype to the thing people actually use.
What I do
AI in production, apps in the stores, sites people own
Mobile apps in Flutter
My own apps, built with Flutter and Firebase and shipped to the stores. MealMate is still live.
MealMate: Protein Meal Plan
MLOps and AI platforms
My day job: the platform at Sixt that gets models out of notebooks and into production.
ML platform architecture
the training, deployment and monitoring path a team uses daily, not a single pipeline that works once
Prototype to production
taking a model that runs on a laptop and making it something an on-call engineer can be woken up for
AI features inside a product that already exists
scoped so the useful part ships before the budget is gone
Direction for a team already building it
architecture, tooling, and the handful of decisions that are expensive to reverse
Websites and brand identity
Identity, design and build for people whose name is the business. When we are done, you own all of it.
Technical leadership
I lead a team of ML and MLOps engineers, and help other teams with the decisions that are expensive to undo.
